The company's activities will focus on improving the mental health and wellbeing of people living within the boroughs of St Helens, Warrington and Wigan. The primary group of people we will be looking to support are those within the Neurodiverse community, particularly children and adults that are either diagnosed or waiting for a referral for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD).

We also aim to challenge the stigma around these disorders, by raising awareness of how it affects people on a daily basis. This will help both the person with the disorder and also the people around them to understand ways to not only cope, but how to unlock their unique attention-to-detail, creativity, empathy, innovative thinking and problem solving, and use it in a positive way at home or work, which is what we refer to as their 'hidden superpowers'.

The company will be accessible and provide support for all genders, all ages, all ethnicity groups and from any type of background. The aim is to offer free services in a safe and inclusive environment, where individuals can feel like they belong, learn new skills, participate in activities, develop support networks and make friends.

Below you will find self screening forms for ADHD and Autism in Adults, please feel free to submit a form to us and we will contact you to discuss the results. Filling out these forms would be the first stage in trying to get a diagnosis through your GP. If your answers point to further investigations required, an appointment will need to be made with your GP but we can support prior to this, and during the wait for an official diagnosis for either condition:-

If you are struggling with your mental health and feel you need support or aren't sure what to do, please fill out the form below and we will contact you to either offer support ourselves, or signpost you to a service we feel may be more appropriate to the symptoms your are experiencing. The form is a copy of what NHS Therapists ask clients to fill in prior to appointments and gives an overview of how you are feeling. The more honest the form is filled out, the higher the chance of treating the symptoms correctly and timely:-
